Waterproofing & Roofing for New Construction High Rise in Toronto
TRUGRP is currently serving as the prime sub-contractor for all waterproofing and roofing components on the construction of a landmark 105-storey condominium tower in Toronto. This project demonstrates our capacity to manage and execute complex, large-scale waterproofing scopes across every part of a modern high-rise development.
Our team is delivering a full suite of systems, including waterproofing for the podium and six levels of underground parking, crystalline applications to airshafts, catch basins, and elevator pits, as well as clear penetrative silane sealer to all slab-on-grade areas. Vehicular and pedestrian zones are protected with thin traffic-topping systems, while podium decks, terraces, and roofing levels receive a robust 2-ply hot-applied waterproofing system.

Additional scopes include custom membrane and flashing details, insulation to roofing areas over occupied space, and installation of precast pavers on adjustable pedestals. The project also incorporates a complete green roof assembly with full vegetative system and long-term warranty, along with all associated expansion joint work.
