SCope of Work
To support our company’s growth, we completed a full gut and redevelopment of a commercial unit in Mississauga, transforming it into a modern workplace that showcases our commercial fit-out capabilities. From the earliest planning stages, our focus was on maximizing the efficiency of the layout while creating an open and airy environment that supports collaboration, comfort, and employee well-being.
The Process
The finished space features a fully equipped warehouse, a mix of open and private offices, flexible meeting rooms, a staff kitchen, upgraded washrooms, shower facilities, and an on-site gym. Interior finishes were selected to balance durability with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, while coordinated mechanical and electrical upgrades ensure comfort, performance, and energy efficiency.
By carefully integrating natural light, functional circulation paths, and wellness-oriented amenities, the project demonstrates our ability to deliver complete commercial interiors that go beyond simple space creation—focusing instead on environments that improve productivity, health, and long-term value.
